Automatic, self-regulating work
DOE Stork is designed to work without user interference. This 5th generation of DOE Stork allows user to set desired parameters on DOE EEL PLC and let sensors do the job. Automatic back-flush of disc prefilter guarantee uninterrupted work.
Carefully designed
Our newest model of DOE Stork was designed from the ground up. Based on years of experience and countless tests, we have decided to mount all the elements on stainless steel frame with all the elements fitted closely but keeping them available and easy for access during maintenance. For example – membrane enclosures can be disassembled from the top – this idea eliminates big maintenance space from right and left.
Powerfull PLC DOE EEL
For the first time DOE installs its trusted DOE EEL PLC to control the entire machine. Previously DOE ELL PLC was used to show the parameters to the user, but upgraded version, made in house, takes care over crucial valve control as well. There are plenty old school manometers and presostats installed to ensure double safety of the unit.
Automatic back-flush stainless steel disc filter
DOE Stork is equipped with 5 micron cartridge filter (standard on all DOE Reverse Osmosis machines). In order help the user save on cartridges, we have decided to equip DOE Stork with disc filter with automatic back-flush system. Disc filter is hidden inside stainless steel enclosure of our design.
