UV Sterilizer

DOE Seahorse is a UV disinfection constant flow device. Water flows through the vessel and is treated with UV light. This process causes photochemical reaction that damages the DNA of microorganisms, which results in their disintegration. DOE Seahorse provides effective bacteriological protection of treated water.

Non standard execution? No problem.

DOE has its own design office which makes custom changes on request. Vertical versions or loose supply are available on request.

UV lamps

Every DOE Seahorse comes with a set of DOE UV lamps which are made according to DOE specification.

Dedicated connection makes it easy to replace and guarantees uninterrupted work in demanding environment of high temperature of engine room and unstable movements of the ship.

Construction of the unit enables you to change the lamps on site. Just stop the flow, lower the pressure in the chamber and change the lamps.

Power supply

High efficiency work requires proper power supply. DOE Seahorse is build using industry-level power supplies dedicated to work with DOE UV lamps. Instead of using one big power supplier, DOE decided to install few smaller power supplies in rare case of power supply failure.

Electric box

DOE thinks of redundancy in every aspect – every DOE Seahorse A or higher is equipped with digital UV sensor as well as analog power meter, so that you always know that the lamp works properly. Digital counter counts the time so that you know when the lamp is depleted and needs replacement.

All electric boxes are IP56 as standard and option of higher IP or AISI316L election is possible.
