DOE Flamingo - Drinking water on stock

DOE Flamingo is a device that produces chilled water, perfect for drinking. The most crucial stage of water treatment process here is based on Reverse Osmosis technology. The unit is very cost effiective, since it does not waste water. Rejected water from membranes, returns to the tank.

During the purification process, the water flows through several treatment devices. First, it has to go through the UV disinfection unit. Next, it needs to be filtered with active carbon. This is crucial for RO membranes protection. After that it reaches the main stage of the treatment, which is RO filtering. Then, some water gets rejected and returns to the tank. The product though, goes through DOE Penguin, responsible for cooling process. This device is based on ecological Peltier technology. It does not require any refrigerantes nor maintenance. After cooling process, the water gets remineralized and filtered with active carbon again. Finally - the product is ready and goes to the dispenser. Some of it is gathered in compensation tank, from where, if necessary, the circulation pump redistributes it.

This process causes photochemical reaction that damages the DNA of microorganisms, which results in their disintegration. Seahorse provides effective bacteriological protection of treated water.

Main component of the unit is a pressure vessel with UV lamp mounted inside. To make sure, that the process is not disrupted and the water is flowing through the device, without being disinfected, we provide reliable electromagnetic valve which is controlled by digital meter and opens only when the radiation is at sufficient level.

DOE Seal is a marine sanitary hot water heater (water calorifier). Every ship has a demand for sanitary hot water. By choosing DOE SEAL you will get a peace of mind due to the simple and trusty construction. Double thermostat and safety valve meets triple safety demand. In order to preserve the power drain you may consider connecting your steam source or waste heat from the engine to the calorifier. This solution will give you more options during daily use and maintenance works.

The heater consists of a tank which comes with desired marine certificate. DOE Seal is used for heating the water by electric heaters, external heat exchanger or using stainless steel coil, which is available as an option.

DOE Shark group of products are tanks for water storage. It could be used for water hydrophore after additional certification.

DOE provides custom made executions of the water tanks. Our experienced project management team will assist you during the project specification stage and will help you with choosing the right parameters of our devices. After determining the overall technical requirements, the project is handed to our design department. We have plenty of experience with executions, that have to meet strict BV, DNV, RMRS, RRR, RINA, LLOYD requirements. You can be sure that ordered device will be designed according to your needs. Tanks are made in P355GH/P235GH or AISI316L material with desired finish (galvanising, paining etc...). Our own design department calculates and prepares working drawings for every tank and internal certified personnel takes care of Visual Tests and Quality Approvals after welding. Additionally tanks can be equipped with control and measurement instruments, as well as pressure safety valve and set of regular valves.

Stork is an “ultra clean” water maker, based on the Revered Osmosis technology. The incoming water can be taken from various fresh water sources. An example can be water from well, river or the lake. It’s salinity should not exceed 3000 ppm (recommended 1000 ppm or less).

It’s a compact device easy to operate and maintenance. It does not require much space. All components that may need replacing, are easily accessible. The main step of Stork is the RO system that stops particles (suspended) and dissolved chemicals. Before the water flows through the RO membranes, it is pre-filtrated with disc filter (automatic back-flush) and polypropylene single cartridge filter (consumable). DOE Swan Micro is an electric constant flow (tankless) heater for marine use.

Designed to be compact and adapted for marine applications with stainless steel 316L piping and small mounting plate. DOE Swan is designed to be customizable on your request - you can choose the power and type of heating. Very compact frame and small size make it easy to fit DOE Swan Micro even in smallest machinery room. Vertical heater placement decreases maintenance space even more and is very easy to maintain. To reduce the regular constant flow heater dimensions, we changed regular instruments for heating elements with inbuilt microprocessor temperature controllers.

Hydrophore unit is used to maintain the pressure of the water supplied to the different parts of the ship at various heights. It allows to keep the constant pressure in lines at all levels of the ship. The equipment is suitable to distribute sanitary, technical, fresh and potable water.
