DOE has started the production of first models in 2009 and cooperates every day with technicians from shipyards and shipowners in order to design products that fit every corner of the ship. That’s why most of the project are unique, tailor-made.

Some of the units that we ship are almost identical so we started to make them before you ask! Below you can find products that are ready to ship, directly from our warehouse or with very quick lead time.

UV Sterilizer – DOE Seahorse A

DOE Seahorse is a UV disinfection constant flow device. Water flows through the vessel and is treated with UV light. This process causes photochemical reaction that damages the DNA of microorganisms, which results in their disintegration. Seahorse provides effective bacteriological protection of treated water.

Main component of the unit is a pressure vessel with UV lamp mounted inside. To make sure, that the process is not disrupted and the water is flowing through the device, without being disinfected, we provide reliable electromagnetic valve which is controlled by digital meter and opens only when the radiation is at sufficient level.

Watermaker – DOE Stork Small

DOE Stork is an “ultra clean” water maker, based on the Revered Osmosis technology.

The incoming water can be taken from various fresh water sources. An example can be water from well, river or the lake. It’s salinity should not exceed 3000 ppm (recommended 1000 ppm or less).

Watermaker – DOE Pelican Small (7T)

DOE Pelican is a desalinator, based on the Revered Osmosis technology. It allows to produce potable water out of sea water. The incoming water can be taken from various salt water sources.

It is a compact device easy to operate and maintenance. It does not require much space. All components that may need replacing, are easily accessible. The main step of DOE Pelican is the RO system that stops particles (suspended) and dissolved chemicals. Before the water flows through the RO membranes, it is pre-filtrated with disc filter and polypropylene multi-cartridge filter (consumable). All components are mounted on a common stainless steel frame. The device is equipped with HP and feed pump, all necessary control instruments, valves and the local control panel.

Watermaker – DOE Pelican Medium (15T)

DOE Pelican is a desalinator, based on the Revered Osmosis technology. It allows to produce potable water out of sea water. The incoming water can be taken from various salt water sources.

High pressure cleaner – DOE Manta R21+

DOE Manta is a robust marine high pressure cleaner.

Mobile execution gives you a powerful tool for number of cleaning jobs from cleaning floors to removing paint and rust. Proven construction enables you to work continuously with maximum parameters.

The most important part of the device is High Pressure pump mounted on a portable frame. The unit is equipped with a set of wheels, for easy operation. All components that may need replacing, are easily accessible. DOE Manta is delivered with all necessary control instruments, valves and a small local control panel. DOE also provide HP hose connected to the lance and a dedicated nozzle.

Chemical dosing – DOE Mosquito+

DOE mosquito + is a dosing unit for chemicals.

Electrically controlled dosing interface enables reliable, cost-effective and precise process of dosing chemicals for keeping the level of parameters like ph or chlorine on desired levels.

The device consists of a PE tank with dosing pump mounted on top. DOE can also provide a junction box for easy plug and play.
In + version the dose of chemicals is controlled either by analog signal 4-20 mA (feedback signal from DOE Nemo) or with ml/impulse signal from flowmeter mounted on a pipeline. The dosing unit can work together with DOE Nemo, which measures the parameters, saves gathered data and in this version can control dosing process. We also deliver DOE Double Mosquito+ equipped with 2 tanks and pumps. In this version the pumps work alternately or the 1st one works as standby.

Calorifier – DOE Seal 500l

DOE Seal is a marine sanitary hot water heater (water calorifier).

Every ship has a demand for sanitary hot water. By choosing DOE SEAL you will get a peace of mind due to the simple and trusty construction. Double thermostat and safety valve meets triple safety demand. In order to preserve the power drain you may consider connecting your steam source or waste heat from the engine to the calorifier. This solution will give you more options during daily use and maintenance works.

Constant flow heater – DOE Swan Micro

DOE Swan Micro is an electric constant flow (tankless) heater for marine use.

Designed to be compact and adapted for marine applications with stainless steel 316L piping and small mounting plate. DOE Swan is designed to be customizable on your request – you can choose the power and type of heating. Very compact frame and small size make it easy to fit DOE Swan Micro even in smallest machinery room. Vertical heater placement decreases maintenance space even more and is very easy to maintain. To reduce the regular constant flow heater dimensions, we changed regular instruments for heating elements with inbuilt microprocessor temperature controllers.

DOE Marine Tanks

DOE provides custom made executions of the air and water tanks.

Our experienced project management team will assist you during the project specification stage and will help you with choosing the right parameters of our devices. After determining the overall technical requirements, the project is handed to our design department. We have plenty of experience with executions, that have to meet strict BV, DNV, RMRS, RRR, RINA, LLOYD requirements. You can be sure that ordered device will be designed according to your needs. Tanks are made in P355GH/P235GH or AISI316L material with desired finish (galvanising, paining etc…).

Our own design department calculates and prepares working drawings for every tank and internal certified personnel takes care of Visual Tests and Quality Approvals after welding. Additionally tanks can be equipped with control and measurement instruments, as well as pressure safety valve and set of regular valves.
