CONFIGURATION: COMMON SKID WITH ALL COMPONENTS PRE-ASSEMBLED

SCOPE OF SUPPLY:
A) Mounting Frame SS304 powder painted.
All components connected, tested & working.
B)Set of Filters:
-Inlet Filter for bigger particles 30 Micron – 10 inch long
-Second inlet filter for smaller particles 5 Micron – 10 inch long
-Carbon filter to improve the smell – after unit (to be confirmed), 10 inch long

C) 2 Pcs RO Membranes for fresh water (max 15 bars).
Includes the Membrane Pressure Vessels.

D) Feed Pump – SS 316 – 3 m3/h 3 BAR
To increase pressure on inlet and bigger flow in inlet filter.
Remark: we plan to install – non self priming pump SS

E)Working pump – for fresh water, 4m3/h 6 BAR
For RO membranes operation 3 x 400V
Horizontal pump – low pressure 6 bars

F)Electric box – black steel, galvanised and powder painted
Pumps and all electrical components protected, control 24VDC.
Power Supply: 3 Phase, 400V / 50 Hz
Includes low pressure protection for pumps and electrical protection for el. motors.
With Automatic timed flushing sequence function.

G) 3 Pcs Rotameters for water flow and operation control
H) 3 Pcs Manometers for pressure and operation control
I) All necessary valves and pipings (all components atested for drinking water).
