Below scope is calculated for bigegr machine with 2 feed pumps

PRODUCTION: 20 TONS/DAY OF CLEAN, DRINKING WATER OUT OF FRESH WATER.

CONFIGURATION: COMMON SKID WITH ALL COMPONENTS PRE-ASSEMBLED
OPERATING ENVIRONMENT TEMPERATURE: UP TO 50C

SCOPE OF SUPPLY:

01. Mounting Frame SS304 powder painted
All components connected, tested & working.

02. Set of Filters:
– First inlet Filter – Disc Filter – Semi Automatic – Hand Operated – 100 Micron
– Second inlet Filter – 50 Micron
– Third inlet filter for smaller particles – 5 Micron/20″

Disc Filter is self cleaned, 5 Micron Filter has to be changed.

03. 2 RO Membrane 8 Inch for fresh water (max 15 bars).
Includes the Membrane Pressure Vessels.

04. Pumps:
– 2x Feed Pump – SS 316 – 1 m3/h 3 BAR
– Power Supply: 3x380V 50Hz
– 1x Working, fresh water pump, 8 m3/h 6 BAR, pressure – 6 bars

06. Electric box – black steel, galvanised and powder painted.
– Pumps and all electrical components protected, control 24VDC.
– Power Supply: 3x380V 50Hz
– Includes low pressure protection for pumps and electrical protection for el. motors.
– Included Automatic timed flushing sequence function.

07. Regulation equipment:
– 3x Rotameters for water flow and operation control
– 3x Manometers for pressure and operation control
– 1x Electronic salinometer for operation control
– 1x Pressure Regulation (Manual operation)

08. All necessary valves and pipings (all components atested for drinking water). Components with water contact – professional, made in SS316/304 or PP

09. Capacity:
Inlet flow: 3 m3/h of dirty river water 500-5000 ppm.
Remark: 3 m3/h of water must be cleaned to 5 microns.
Remark: User should consider a Sand Filter (not in this scope of supply) before the system.

09. Product (ultra clean demineralised water for drinking): 1 m3/h
2 m3/h will be rejected (condensed water)
product max 1% of incoming salt (5-50 ppm).
